Reporting a conversion issue
Please include the page URL, ingredient name, displayed value and the source you believe should be reviewed. This helps us reproduce the issue and compare the same ingredient state and cup standard.
What to expect
Messages are reviewed as availability permits. Sending an email does not create a professional-client relationship or guarantee that a suggested value will be adopted. Corrections are made when the evidence supports them.
Privacy
Do not send sensitive personal information. Email messages are used only to respond, investigate reported issues and maintain a reasonable correspondence record. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Before sending a correction
Confirm whether the page is using a US customary cup or a metric cup, and check the ingredient state shown beside the value. Packed brown sugar, loose brown sugar, uncooked rice and cooked rice cannot share one cup weight. A screenshot is welcome, but the page URL and source link are usually more useful for verification.
Business and media messages
Use the same email address for legitimate website, citation or media questions. Unsolicited link-exchange, paid-placement and affiliate proposals may not receive a response.
